Trevethan is a four-bedroom, three bathroom, self-catering holiday cottage in Rock, located in the centre of the village and close to shops, beaches, golf and sailing. The property, which has its own private gardens, sleeps eight in four bedrooms (two of which have ensuite bathrooms) and has an open-plan kitchen, dining, living area. The interior is beautifully designed and finished to a high standard, with a vaulted ceiling, oak flooring and doors, and contemporary furnishings. Wi-Fi broadband is available and included in the price.

This holiday cottage in Rock has both front and rear gardens with lawns bordered by flowers, trees and shrubs. The rear garden also has a large stone terrace and barbecue for alfresco dining and is private, fully enclosed and secure. NB, parents of toddlers please note there are no ponds in the gardens

• UTILITY ROOM

There is a separate utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. There is also a drinks fridge in the utility room allowing the two fridges in the kitchen to avoid becoming cluttered with drink bottles and cans.

• LINEN SERVICE

you are welcome to keep costs down by bringing your own linen and towels or we can provide them at a charge of £7.50 per person. At some times of the year linen and towels are included in the price. Beds are made up for you before your arrival

We have a range of pillows - down and feather, foam and man-made fibres to suit guest with allergies

• PARKING

There is off-road parking for up to three cars and space for storing bicycles safely at the side of the house.

Our caretakers are based close by should any problems arise with the property.
The boiler is new and is located outside so there is no risk of carbon monoxide leakage
There are no ponds in the gardens

• RESTRICTIONS

We regret we do not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted in the property. We do not accept hen or stag parties or groups of unaccompanied young people. Parties must not exceed 8 + 1 baby in number

Our holiday cottage in Rock is ideal for extended family holidays, for two families sharing or for groups of adults with shared interests such as walking, sailing or golfing. The property is toddler-friendly and especially suitable for elderly people as there are no internal stairs. The rear garden is fully enclosed and safe for children.

Unfortunately, the internal doorways are too narrow to accommodate wheel chairs.
